Returns & Exchange


We value your understanding of our return process. Please review our Return Policy below, noting that custom-made items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • All Clothing Items, Including Wedding Dresses, Suits, and other Formal Attire:

Items must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition and have the original tags attached and the hygiene sticker (if applicable) intact.

  • Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team with your order details and reason for return.

Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.

  • Return Shipping Costs:

You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product misprinted/damaged/defective or an error on our part.

  • Refund Process:

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund in 2 days.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 7 working days to reflect.

  • Damaged, wrong products, or issues: 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 2 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • International Returns:

For international orders, return shipping costs, as well as any customs duties, taxes, and fees, are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges for online purchases. You will need to return your item(s) and place a new order. The return shipping fee must be borne by the customer himself.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, accessories, customized products and any other items for which return or exchange is noted as not being supported on the product page.

Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
